Service Description

Rustic metal chalice with lush green foliage and magnolia blooms. These vases are available for hire, the price includes delivery to your venue within Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains and Western Sydney areas, full setup of arch at your venue, then dismantle and pick up after your event. (Please contact us for venues outside of this area - additional cost for delivery) Once you've chosen your date for with the online booking form you'll be sent an invoice with a 50% deposit request. Once your deposit is received your booking date is secured and we will be in contact before the event to confirm venue and setup times. Please read the policy below for more information regarding hire items.


Cancellation Policy

Delivery and setup is only available in the Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains and Western Sydney areas. The prices listed are all inclusive of delivery, personalised setup and pack up and pick up after the event within these areas. If your event is outside this area but still in Sydney we will quote you an additional cost for delivery and setup if we are available. An initial hire booking is subject to review by us. We will double check that the chosen date is available and everything is in good order for your event décor, and we will be in contact with you if there are any other details needed to confirm the booking. 25% deposit for arch & arbour hire and 50% deposit for table arrangement hire is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The balance is due 1 month before your event date. If your hire booking needs to be cancelled by you, 25% deposit is forfeit. If we need to cancel the booking (which we would only do under dire circumstances) your deposit will be refunded. In the circumstance of your event date needing to be changed, we will do our very best to accommodate the new date. Any damage done to hire equipment and flowers or missing items will need to be paid for by you. We’ll leave it to you to decide how you’d like to communicate this to your guests, as they are sometimes inclined to take table centres and decorations home as “souvenirs”! Changes to the details of the booking need to be sent in writing to our email address. One week before the event we will contact you to make sure all details and times of setup are correct. In some cases we will also liaise with your event venue to ensure the setup process is smooth and without drama. Outdoor ceremonies and events can be tricky regarding adverse weather conditions. All care is taken by us to ensure your arches etc are safe. In the case of high winds, extra ropes are added to secure the arch, and in the case of really bad weather we will follow your instructions to make sure your day is still beautifully decorated!
